Unlocking potential in every child

Sports Scientist Shayamal Vallabhjee believes that the media paints a very illusionary image of child prodigies and geniuses, which fails to acknowledge the hard work and effort that goes into nurturing that talent. With stories of the famous Polgar sisters and Indian national swimmer Supriya Mondal, Vallabhjee shows us that it is our responsibility as a society to bring out the best in every child.

Recorded at INK2012, Pune, India
